My name is Sean Ingraham, and I was born in El Paso, which I have called home for most of my life. I attended Coronado High School, and just seven days after graduating, I shipped off to boot camp. While there, I enjoyed my graduation-year summer (not really).
I spent six of my early adult years in the US Navy as an IT, handling both communication circuits and computers. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to live in a small Japanese town called Misawa, located in the Aomori prefecture, where I experienced true winters. It was during my time in Misawa that I discovered my passion for investing.
Following my three years in Japan, I moved to a small country in the Middle East, off the coast of Saudi Arabia, called Bahrain. That’s where I spent the remaining time in my contract. During my stay, I was given the chance to be part of a Real Estate Agent internship through the military. I completed my Real Estate courses over Zoom for nine weeks, from 7 pm to 5 am, in between work, while overseas.
After my time in Bahrain, I traveled to Phoenix, AZ, where I began my internship with Team Integrity, working alongside my partners Bubba and Noor. After getting licensed, I was on track to becoming the agent I was excited to be, thanks to their exceptional mentorship.
Officially separating from the Navy in June, I returned to Phoenix to collect my belongings. Unfortunately, due to uncertain living arrangements, I had to leave and come back to El Paso. I spent most of those days back in El Paso getting licensed in Texas to pick up where I left off in Arizona.
I am super excited to have been accepted into such an amazing group of people within the Sandy Messer Brokerage. I cannot wait to meet everyone else and get working!
